We need to guide them to make their travel arrangements for the nearest airport. We ensure them that pickup will be waiting for you at the airport and you will be transported safely to us without any hassle.

Cozy, comfortable air-conditioned accommodation is kept ready for them. After initial welcome and drink patient is allowed to relax after a long tiring journey for some hours, then only medical discussion start.

4. APPOINTMENTS :
This is very important. Fixing appointment for surgery is desired by the patient and by us also. As a rule we do not operate without prior appointment which is done after a part of payment is send in advance.

5. Multi specialty Approach :
It always pays to have specialist of other specialties attached to your unit. Joint operational facilities and coordinated approach helps the patient to get more problems attended and treated in short time. This saves time of the patient who are almost always have limitations with available time. It is economical for them, and, we get extra work and revenue.

6. Working to undo misconceptions about INDIA :
very sensitive aspect which needs careful attention and action. International patients including our NRIs have very wrong notions about India as regards security, hygiene, sterilizations, working conditions etc; Lot of time and energy is spent to dispel their fear.

Security is a valid concern for every one. No one will like to risk themselves by landing into an unpleasant situation. Safety and security of all our visitors is ensured.

We, for this reason provide pick-up to and fro; and ensure full safety at our responsibility. Hygiene matters, as most outsiders suffers from GI upset. Their concern for it is attended by ensuring specially prepared home made food for them.

Our experience says, that, to win over patient's confidence, we have to keep our nerves, and, it is our duty to ensure that their fears, whatever, is well taken care, and are unfounded, so please relax. This approach has helped us.

7. India Medical Tourism Expo June 2005 and 2006 London :
Participating there was a great experience. We got an opportunity to project ourselves in all aspects of patient care, and to understand needs of our foreign nationals planning to come for cosmetic surgery treatment to India. This has increased the potential of international patients coming to us. We appreciate, it is a huge responsibility. We are prepared and ready.
