Following a recent visit to your Cosmetic Surgery Centre in Jalandhar (Punjab) I would just like to say what a memorable experience it had been.

Taking into consideration what people say about everlasting first experiences is exactly what I've encountered.

Speaking for the very time to Dr Singh was March 2009.

Without going through the whole process of speaking to 'the reception staff' first and directly communicating to Dr Singh himself was more than I needed since I really needed to speak to somebody urgently at the time to verify things that needed answers.
With the time difference and busy schedule he would take the time in explaining and answering every query that I had thus completing it in writing just in case I got it wrong the first time round. Even though I've had plastic surgery before I found it to be much more useful and informative speaking with him knowing the amount of credentials thus making him 'The 100 Best Cosmetic Surgeons of The World' who also happens to be take part in the 52nd World Congress of Cosmetic Surgery.' I was really curious to see what he was all about.

As stated on the internet a pick-up was at my very disposal just as soon as I'd arrive. The driver's timing was empeccable just leaving me to wonder what other good stuff was in store for me. As soon as I arrived at the Nursing home I found Dr Sing and wife, and all members of staff waiting at the entrance gate for me. WOW!!!!! How courteous!

The rooms were so neatly maintained, air-conditioned and homely. My luggage was brought to me and everything else that I needed on that night had been provided. All ready for operation!

Because I had landed on a Saturday night and had little time to stay in India, he made an exception to operate on the Sunday which I had found very thoughtful. Operation was successful everything (hair transplant and tummy-tuck), that I needed done was followed 3 days later. I just HAVE to mention how caring, attentive and less intrusive the staff were. I did not feel intimidated at all. Mrs Singh was such a caring and earthly woman that she immediately had an effect on me. She would daily prepare the freshly cooked meals on a daily basis from a menu which was not necessarily prepared before hand but on request, any food that you wanted was prepared. I basically tried all sorts of meals which were curried dishes, burghers and fries, fruits and vegetables, yoghurts/ ice-creams all sorts of breakfast meals and just anything that you wished for at that particular time were prepared. Delicious!!!!!!!!!

On the 4th day Dr Singh removed my stitches and I was given a quick glance of what my tummy looked like…… I LOVED IT!! It was just what I imagined it to be. I was promised that it would get better once the swelling had gone down.

On the other hand I have to be realistic with the healing process of the hair transplant because it would take 6/8 months to see results but I am happy nonetheless because I believe every word that Dr Singh says proving just how good my tummy looks already!

All-in-all I felt that I was home away from home if you like. It was just exceptional and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to do cosmetic surgery and more ever if you are looking for people to take care of you when your so far from home.

In a few words………….. Affordable, Caring, Sincere and just GREAT!!!!!!!!

Here is something i want to say about my experience in the hospital, when i went first time in the hospital ,i just went there to check the facilities and cleanliness in the hospital, after seeing everything then i decided for my treatment, i had a wonderful experience while staying there staff was so nice ,so do the dr bhupinder singh ji, everybody make me feel like i am at home, and the treatment was very nice, i got good results, and they are so supportive after treatment as well, i still consult them from uk about anything i want to ask, thanks again to all the staff, thank you.
